Our online store offers a 14-day return policy for items purchased from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: cretaautentica@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping is not refundable.
Please note the following:
-Returns must be received within 7 business days from the time of your request
-We accept returns for a refund that are postmarked within 14 calendar days from your original order date
-We accept returns for an online credit for items that are postmarked within 30 calendar days of your order date
-Once past the allotted 30 days, your order is no longer eligible for a return or credit
-Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise. If they are not reported within this time period, the item can not be returned
-Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit
-Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
-custom printed clothing;
-limited edition items;
-Gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned;

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cretaautentica@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet our return policy criteria or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
